A personal credit application is used to gather personal information about the applicant in order to properly process the credit applications. This application is generally used when an individual is looking to purchase an item for personal use or if the applicant operates under his/her personal name.

Applicants looking to purchase equipment for commercial use who are not incorporated "Inc" or are not "LIMITED" would also use this form.
 
Commercial Credit Application
A commercial credit application is to be completed by a business that is looking to purchase items for commercial use. Both a credit application for the company and the owner or key persons are required when applying for a commercial loan or lease.
